Career Learning
Career Learning shows the signals that develop as you search and practice — your skills, strengths, and focus areas — and how confident the product is in each one.
Confidence, not probability
Every signal is labeled with a confidence that reflects consistency across your evidence — how many independent sources agree — not a statistical guess. A skill you have demonstrated in several verified contexts shows higher confidence than one mentioned once.
What you see
- Skills you have demonstrated, with the evidence behind each.
- Strengths that show up repeatedly across your work.
- Focus areas worth attention, derived from your recent activity.
Each signal links back to the evidence that supports it, so you can always check the source.
How signals stay honest
Signals are built from your confirmed facts and your activity over time. When you reset your learning or change your career intent, signals recompute against the new baseline — the page never shows a stale signal as if it were current.
