Career Move
Career Move is the workflow for pursuing one opportunity from start to finish — decide, apply, prepare, then follow up. It turns a job you have saved into a plan of action.
The workflow
For each opportunity you have decided to pursue, Career Move guides you through ordered steps:
- Apply — mark the application submitted (gated on the opportunity being pursuable).
- Prepare for the interview — get ready for the loop.
- Follow up — stay on top of the process.
Each step unlocks when the previous one is complete, so the plan stays realistic.
Honest states
Completing a step records that you did it — it never automatically claims success. A step that is not yet available is shown as locked rather than offered; the page never fabricates an action you cannot take.
Cross-opportunity leverage
On the Leverage sub-page you can see related requirements shared across your opportunities. When one role needs a skill you have already proven elsewhere, that strength is highlighted — leverage is always additive to what you already have, never a guess about a new skill.
