Career Representation
Career Representation is how you control the way your career is represented to others — what is shareable, who can access it, and what they are allowed to do. You are the owner; nothing about your career is exposed without your say-so.
Representation policy
Your representation policy states, in plain terms, how your career data may be represented and shared. You can review and update it at any time.
Shareable evidence sets
An evidence set is a curated bundle of your career evidence — the facts and sources you choose — that you can share with a specific person or role. Each set has a purpose and a clear scope:
- Who can view it.
- What they can do with it (review, export, comment).
You create a set, pick the evidence to include, and share it via a purpose-built review link. Revoking access stops the set from being viewable immediately.
External access grants
An external access grant is a formal, auditable permission for an outside party to view part of your career. Every grant records who, what, and when — and the audit trail shows every grant that has ever been created or revoked. Grant access only when you need to; revoke it when you are done.
Privacy first
Nothing is shared by default. Every representation action is explicit, revocable, and logged.
