Overview
The Coach module enables secure, scoped collaboration between candidates and career coaches. Coaches can review shared resources, comment on evidence and answers, create preparation assignments, and review practice sessions — all within explicit, revocable permission boundaries.
Coach collaboration is not a public marketplace, commission platform, or employer surveillance channel. Every access grant is explicit, audited, and immediately revocable.
Key Principles
- Explicit scoped grants — coaches see only what you specifically share, for a defined duration
- No silent editing — coach comments and suggestions are distinct from your content; only you can accept changes
- Immediate revoke — access ends instantly across UI, API, search, and cached links
- Full audit trail — every access, comment, review, and permission change is recorded
- Recording/transcript permissions are separate — sharing evidence does not share practice recordings
- No marketplace or commission — Phase 4 does not include coach discovery, ratings, or payments

Every query resolves owner + active grant/tenant policy. No implicit access.

1. Coach Workspace (/dashboard/coach)
Your main coaching dashboard — manage coaches, shared resources, and assignments.

2. Invite Coach (/dashboard/coach/invite)
Send and manage coaching invitations with granular scope control.
Buttons & Actions:

| Add Purpose Note | Document why you're sharing (visible in audit trail) |
| Revoke Invite | Cancel a pending invitation before acceptance |
Permission Levels:

Access Inactive Until Accepted — the coach must accept the invitation before any access is granted.
3. Shared Resources (/dashboard/coach/shared)
Resources shared between you and your coach(es).

4. Coach Comments & Suggestions
Coaches can comment on shared evidence, stories, answers, and kits. Comments are versioned against the reviewed object version.

Coach suggestions become verified evidence or approved answers only after you accept them. Coaches cannot silently edit your content.
5. Coach Assignments
Coaches with ASSIGN permission can create preparation assignments.
Buttons & Actions:

6. Practice Session Review
Coaches with REVIEW_SESSION permission can view shared practice session reports, evaluations, and transcripts.
Note: Recordings and transcripts require separate explicit permission beyond the standard REVIEW_SESSION grant. This is a two-step consent: sharing evidence/content is one grant; sharing recordings/transcripts is an additional, distinct grant.

Coach Templates (Optional)
Coaches MAY create reusable preparation templates (task lists, question sets, practice plans) that do not expose other clients' data. Templates are coach-owned and applied to individual client contexts without cross-client leakage.
