Executive Mode

Executive Mode is premium leadership preparation for C-suite and senior leadership interviews — 7 modules for one job. Every claim in the generated content is grounded in your verified evidence, and assumptions are clearly marked.

Executive Mode is a premium (paid) feature. Free plans see a
"Pro Feature" notice with an Upgrade to Pro button; upgrading happens
on the Billing page.

How it works

Executive Mode runs inside a ReadyLoop workspace — each workspace is your live preparation for one job.

Open Executive Mode. Without a workspace selected, an empty state explains: "Premium leadership preparation for C-suite and senior leadership interviews. Select a ReadyLoop workspace below to get started."
The Your Workspaces picker lists your workspaces (title + company). No workspaces yet? The empty state links to ReadyLoop: "No workspaces yet — create one in ReadyLoop first." with an Open ReadyLoop button.
Pick one to open its modules. Change Workspace (top right) switches targets at any time.

Generating a module

Open any module to see its preparation content:

Not generated yet — the page says "Not generated yet. Generate this module to get your leadership preparation content." Click Generate Module (it shows "Generating..." while working).
Ready — once generated, the module shows a Ready badge and its full content. The intro module renders your introduction in three lengths: 30, 90, and 120 seconds.
Regenerate — a button at the bottom-right rebuilds the module from your latest evidence.

Seniority check

If the module detects your role is below the expected seniority for executive preparation, a "Seniority Mismatch — Executive Mode" dialog appears, showing the detected level and the recommended level. You can Cancel, or Proceed Anyway if you believe the role warrants executive-level preparation — the choice is yours and explicit.

Empty and error states

No workspace selected — "Select a workspace and module from Executive Mode first." with Open Executive Mode.
Unknown module — "Module not found": "This executive module does not exist." with Back to Executive Mode.
Module list fails to load — an error card with Retry.
Generation fails — a red alert card reports the failure; use Regenerate to try again.
