What this page is

Your intelligent career operating system publishes four legal documents. The
Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are linked from the footer
of the home page; the AI Content Disclaimer appears on pages that show
AI-generated content. You agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
(version 2026-08-01) when you create an account.

Every document shows its version, effective date, and jurisdiction at the top: Version india-v1-2026-08-01 · Last updated 1 August 2026 · India — and ends with contact details for support, privacy, and grievance matters.

Terms of Service — /terms

Governs your use of the service: what Your intelligent career operating system does (analyzes resumes and job descriptions to generate preparation material — it is not an employment agency, recruiter, or adviser), the 18+ eligibility requirement, your rights in the content you upload, the accuracy of AI output (verify everything independently), acceptable use, payments and cancellation (governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy), third-party services, and complaints and governing law (India).

Privacy Policy — /privacy

Explains how your digital personal data is processed: what's collected (account details, resume and job-description content, profile and target-role information, practice audio and transcripts when you enable practice, billing identifiers, support requests, security logs, and limited usage metadata), why it's processed, which providers are involved, and that personal data is not sold. It covers AI and sensitive data (don't upload Aadhaar, PAN, passwords, health, or biometric information), retention and deletion (you can request export, correction, or deletion at privacy@jobsi4u.com), security, your choices and complaints, the 18+ requirement for children, and updates and contact.

Refund and Cancellation Policy — /refund

Applies to paid subscriptions purchased in India. Covers cancelling a subscription (normally effective at the end of the paid billing period), requesting a refund via support@jobsi4u.com with your account email, transaction reference, and reason, processing times (acknowledgement within two business days, approved refunds within seven), recurring payments, taxes and invoices, and contact details.

AI Content Disclaimer — /disclaimer

Sets expectations for AI-generated output: it is general preparation assistance, not professional advice; AI output can be wrong, incomplete, stale, or biased, so verify facts and requirements independently; no score, recommendation, or study plan guarantees interviews or employment outcomes; use your own experience and voice and review generated documents before sharing; and report inaccurate or harmful output through the in-product report control or grievance@jobsi4u.com.

How each document is presented

All four documents share the same layout: a ← Your intelligent career operating system link back to the home page, the document title, the version and last-updated line, a short introduction, numbered sections with plain-language explanations, and a footer listing the support, privacy, and grievance email addresses.

When you create an account, the sign-up card asks you to confirm you're 18 or older and to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (version 2026-08-01); the documents open in a new tab so you can read them before you decide.
