Partner OS

Partner OS lets approved partners promote Jobsi4U.com and earn commission — campaign links and codes, referrals, commission, and payout — tracked separately from Referral OS. "Promote Jobsi4U.com and earn commission — separate from any Coach access you may hold." Partner status never grants access to anyone's career data.

Becoming a partner

Open Partner OS from the dashboard and submit the Partner application:

  • Partner type — Career coach, Recruiter, Resume writer, Creator, Community, Bootcamp, Professional network, or Other.
  • Audience / channel — e.g. LinkedIn audience, newsletter, YouTube.
  • Region (ISO code, optional).
  • Payout setup — "I'll set up payout later" or "Ready to set up when required".

A shield note sets the expectation: "Payout/KYC details are only requested when required. Partner status never grants access to anyone's career data." Submit with Submit application (or Submit updated application once you've applied before).

Your application moves through real statuses — shown on the Application status card:

  • Applied — submitted, awaiting review.
  • Under review — the team is evaluating it (a Review note may explain the reason).
  • Approved — "Your application is approved. Accept the current program terms to activate your partner account." — click Accept program terms. Terms acceptance is the only step that activates the partnership.
  • Active — "Partner account active."
  • Rejected — the application was not approved.

The hub tabs — Overview, Campaigns, Referrals, Earnings, Assets, Payout settings, Program terms — appear once the dashboard is available. Program terms shows the version and its rules without hidden conditions: commission rate ("{n}% of eligible net revenue"), attribution window, payout duration, and maturity policy ("T+{n} days").

Campaign links & codes

Campaign links are available to approved or active partners ("Campaign links are available to approved partners."). Build a campaign with:

  • Campaign name.
  • Custom code (optional) — 4–20 letters, digits or dashes (e.g. SUMMER25). The code is validated: "Code must be 4–20 characters: A–Z, 0–9 or dashes." and "The REF- and PRT- prefixes are reserved — pick another code." Leave it blank and one is generated for you.
  • UTM tracking — source (e.g. LinkedIn), medium (e.g. social), and campaign (e.g. summer25) ride on the share link so you can see which channel each sign-up came from.
  • Landing page (optional) — a URL.

Your campaigns list each code with Copy / Copied, the share link, UTM chips, and the landing page. The Attributions disclosure shows the sign-ups that came through each campaign (alias, source, date, status); "No attributed signups yet — share the link or code to get started."

Attribution rules

  • A sign-up is attributed to the first eligible claim — the first campaign or referral that matches wins; later matches never override it.
  • Attribution is pinned at the moment of sign-up to that version of the campaign, even if the campaign is later edited.

Overview, Referrals and Earnings

  • Overview — eight stat cards: Clicks (link + code clicks), Signups, Activations, Paid users, Conversion, Referred MRR, Commission (pending · available), and Paid out (reversals · amount). Ledger reconciliation verifies that earnings match the ledger, paid matches payout rows, reversals match, and the funnel is monotone — Reconciled or Needs review. Top campaigns and intelligence cards (conversion funnel, retained users by acquisition month, estimated commissions by maturity date, alerts, recommendations) round it out.
  • Referrals — click sources (total / link / code clicks), signup-to-paid funnel, revenue (MRR, commission earned, commission paid), funnel by campaign, and retention by acquisition month.
  • Earnings — balance cards: Pending ("On hold until their availability date"), Available ("Matured — ready for payout"), Paid, Clawback ("Owed back after a reversal"), and Net. Each commission shows its state — On hold / Available / Payout queued / Paid / Payout failed / Reversed — with its position, campaign, source, and settlement date. When a commission matures, Request payout appears. The ledger labels entries Earned / Adjustment / Reversed / Payout. "Pinned at attribution — your commissions are evaluated under this version."

Payout settings

Payout settings is read-only — "Set at application time. Payout/KYC details are requested only when a payout is actually required — never before." It shows your Declared readiness ("Ready when required" / "Set up later"), the Maturity policy ("T+{n} days after settled payment"), and Paid out so far. Request payouts from the Earnings page once active.

Assets

  • Approved assets — brand assets (Logo, Screenshot, Demo copy, Campaign asset) with Download.
  • Social copy composer — pick a channel (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) and a campaign, and the composer generates a post within your 7-day window ("{remaining} of {limit} posts left in this 7-day window."). Copy the post. Every post carries a mandatory disclosure reminder: "this is a partner recommendation — Your intelligent career operating system does not guarantee any interview, offer or job outcome…". "Accuracy by construction: the composer uses only approved claims."

Risk checks

Automated risk checks monitor for abuse:

  • Suspicious activity places commission on hold ("Hold active — {reason}").
  • Decisions are shown with their Reason code; a held entry can be Appealed once — "Explain why this decision should be reviewed — one appeal per decision."
  • Holds are never silent — the reason is always shown.

Privacy by design

Every number on the partner surfaces is aggregate — no individual user's data is ever exposed to partners. "Privacy by design: every number above is aggregate…"

Good to know

  • Partner and Referral OS are tracked separately — the same sign-up is never counted by both programs; the first eligible claim wins.
  • Commission rules, hold periods, and payout terms can change between program versions; the terms pinned at attribution are the ones that apply.
  • Partner status never grants career-data access — approving a partner grants zero access.
