Referral OS

Referral OS is your referral program: one share link and code, and a reward when someone you refer makes their first eligible settled payment. The page shows your link, your rewards, and the program health at a glance — "Your referral link, rewards and program health at a glance."

Your referral link

The page shows Your referral link with a Copy button and the Code — "The link and code are the only share assets — never a private fact." Share the link anywhere; people can also use the code at signup for credit. A Suggested share message (with a copy button) gives you ready-made copy for sharing.

How rewards work

The page says it plainly: you earn 30% of the referred user's first eligible settled payment, rewards are held for up to 30 days, refunds automatically reverse or adjust rewards, and no payout is ever promised.

Your numbers

Four KPI cards show where you stand:

Pending — on hold until their availability date.
Available — matured, ready for payout.
Paid — disbursed to you so far.
Under review — held for a fraud check, visible, never hidden.
Clawback — owed back after a reversal.

Two more cards guide you:

Maturity forecast — "The same dates the reward timeline shows — never a different number": e.g. "{amount} is available now.", "Next reward available on {date}.", or "No rewards on hold right now — share your link to start one."
Best next share action — deterministic guidance, no urgency, no pressure.

Referral funnel and recent referrals

The Referral funnel tracks your referrals through Clicks → Signed up → Activated → Subscribed → Matured → Paid, with a Reconciled badge when "Ledger and stage counts agree" — or Check needed when they don't. Recent referrals lists your latest referrals (up to 10); "No referrals yet — share your link to get started."

Reward activity

A per-reward ledger timeline with immutable entries — states include Pending hold, Available, Payout queued, Paid, Payout failed, Reversed, and Under review. Reversed entries show the reason. "Held for review — we're checking this referral. The outcome will appear here." is shown honestly when a check is underway. Empty state: "No rewards yet. When a referred user makes their first eligible settled payment, it appears here."

Payouts

When you have an available balance, the Payout section shows the amount and a Ready badge — payouts are processed through audited admin approval after the hold period. KYC notes are honest: "Checking payout settings…", "KYC required ({status}) — needed before your payout is processed.", or "No KYC needed for payouts right now…".

Privacy and honesty

Every claim on the page is backed by the program's ledger — counts are aggregate, nothing is invented, and any disagreement between stage counts and the immutable ledger is surfaced with Check needed rather than hidden.
