Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Job OS, an India-focused AI interview-preparation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Job OS analyzes user-provided resumes and job descriptions and generates interview-preparation material, readiness insights, and related tools. The service is informational and preparatory only; it is not an employment agency, recruiter, legal adviser, financial adviser, or guarantee of an interview or job outcome.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or security risk.
3. User content
You retain rights in content you upload. You grant Job OS a limited license to store and process that content only to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload Aadhaar, PAN, health, biometric, or another person's confidential information unless you have a lawful basis and authorization.
4. AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular employer. Verify all output independently and use your own judgment. Do not treat scores or recommendations as an employment decision or professional advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not infringe rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, bypass security, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or use output to train a competing model without permission.
6. Payments and cancellation
Paid plans, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment processing is performed by the configured payment provider; Job OS does not receive full card credentials.
7. Third-party services
The service uses third-party infrastructure and providers, including Supabase, AI providers, research providers, hosting, email, and payment services. Their terms and availability may affect the service; relevant processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints and governing law
Content complaints may be sent to grievance@forgejobs.in. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate under our applicable procedures. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith and then handled by the competent courts or agreed arbitration forum in India.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Contact support@forgejobs.in for account or service questions.
